Yes. This means you're connecting from a subnet that's been sending a bunch of bot requests, and/or you're using a user-agent that a lot of bots are using.
I'm able to access via Curl but not with a browser. Is there any way to clarify & sort things out?
Use a different browser, and/or connect from a different network.
