But, please, keep a note about what version the newly added statements apply since. Also, note that file ownership considerations, "mutatis mutandis", still apply.

But, please, keep a note about what version the newly added statements apply since. Also, note that file ownership considerations, "mutatis mutandis", still apply.
I also removed some texts which were only questions.
