portable.hin is generated by autoheader, so you ordinarily should leave that commit until after autoheader is rerun. No big deal...

I mean: I regenerated it, but since I'm using 2.61 you might need to regenerate it. I only applied the relevant changes and avoided beautifications. A round of fixes is about to come.
