Dear All,
I've changed the TOC depth to match the html of 3. Looks much nicer.
Should we change the outputed PDF to be called:
OpenLDAP-Admin-Guide.pdf
or are you really happy with just:
guide.pdf
Do we need to do for htmldoc:
--size a4
Or do we want to stick with Letter?
You can change this prior to print anyway.
For now I'm committing a toc of 3. Please let me know your thoughts on the rest.
Gavin.

Personally I very much prefer an A4 default, which doesn't make printers stop and ask to change tray or config or whatever. But I don't know if it's the opposite way at the other side of the pond.

If the doc tells me to, and I notice, and I didn't get the document from someone else...

Yeah, let's see what everyone else says.

Since Gavin is in Scotland, that's not really the pond. :P

And yes, we use Letter size in the US. I wonder if we could key off "AC_LANG=en_US" or somesuch...

Should we therefore create a Makefile.in or something?

Maybe you should choose the smaller paper size?
Ciao, Michael.

Ok, let's see how Kurt deploys the files on the web site, it might mess up that.

Between A4 and Letter is about 6 pages on length and ~50Kb
Ciao, Michael.
