I have the exact same problem. I'm not experiencing any blockages from other GitLab-hosted websites like https://gitlab.com/nvidia or https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects . Is the block by IP & User Agent? I'm able to access via Curl but not with a browser. Is there any way to clarify & sort things out?
