/usr/include/openssl/ssl.h has #define SSL_OP_SINGLE_ECDH_USE 0x00080000L. "grep -w EC_KEY /usr/include/openssl/*.h" finds nothing. OPENSSL_VERSION_NUMBER = 0x10000003L.
