We are getting "bdb_idl_insert_key: c_del failed: DB_LOCK_DEADLOCK: Locker killed to resolve a deadlock (-30995)" error in Openldap debug log. We are using Openldap.2.4.23 and have configured master-slave.
It seems insert error. Please kindly help.

That release is 13 years old and no longer supported.
Deadlocks are a routine occurrence in BDB and get automatically retried, so this error message should be ignored.

Sep 21 10:10 Hunged and reboot.
After the error event, Our Openldap server experience High CPU load. And our application slow to connect to the Openldap or timeout when connect after 15 second. Finally, we had to restart master-slave servers in the end.
I would like to ask what methods can be used to determine the root cause of this issue? Please kindly help
