Sorry for the delay, spammers sign up daily and it's virtually impossible to discern real requests from fake ones. We're working on updating the contributing guidelines so a detailed process can be noted but it is still a WIP.
Please file a bug report against LMDB in bugzilla for the issue your PR is supposed to fix prior to making a PR, and ensure the commit references the issue at the start of the comment, like:
ITS#1234 - Fix blah blah
