Sounds like you're using MSVC. The supported build system for LMDB uses gcc; with MinGW for Windows builds.
We don't care about trivial warnings on MSVC.
Add -D_CRT_NONSTDC_NO_DEPRECATE to your CFLAGS to silence this warning. Closing this ITS.
