If the file exists, but is not writable by slaptest. The test fails, but there is no indication why: /opt/OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2_6/sbin/slaptest -v -u -f /opt/install/slapd/opt/OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2_6/etc/openldap/slapd.conf slaptest: bad configuration file! 2.5.4 behaves differently.
