When searching in the directory ldap 2.4.41 with ldapsearch client, 1 out of 4 ldap service falldown. So I have provided you a core dump (ftp://ftp.openldap.org/incoming/CGI_20150709.core.33604.tgz) during the bug. In 2.4.38 version of the problem does not arise.
