Syncprov currently skips contextCSN updates to the main DB, but not the accesslog DB in delta-syncrepl configurations. Consumers correctly ignore this traffic with "CSN too old" messages, but the syncprov code to ignore the updates in the main db should be extended to cover the accesslog DB to cut out this unnecessary traffic.
