(ITS#8236) can't add keys to olc config for SSL

Attempting to add the olc configuration directives for SSL returns a ldap_modify: Other (e.g., implementation specific) error (80).

The certs check out and everything make sense from an issuing standpoint, slapd just won't accept the cert configuration. I can provide additional logs or debug information upon request.
