[Issue 9485] Openldap is not autoconf 2.71 ready

There is much more missing [] quites issues als all necessary dfixes ehen correctly implemented will be backward compatible even to autoconf 2.13.

BTW all files from build/ should be removed from git repo because those files are are added by "autoreconf -fiv" command. Any files added by that command should net be maintained in git repo and names oof those files should be added to .gitignore.
