In slapo-chain(5) there is no descriptive text for configuration directive 'chain-rebind-as-user' yet like for the other directives.

I disagree. IMO each possible configuration directive should be mentioned literally. I agree that the text could be limited to "this means 'foo' prefixed with 'bar'".
Too much duplication of effort, IMO. But feel free to submit a patch.
