Yes, it's the OpenLdap software that created this. As soon as I disable the Openldap, the users can change their password without a problem.
Any idea on how to fix this?

Actually, discussion of this error message should be directed to a mailing list about the LDAP client software, or other software, that actually produced the message. That message doesn't appear to be generated by any OpenLDAP Software.
