The pcache overlay can crash slapd when bind-caching ("pcacheBind" in slapd.conf) is enabled. It turned out to be a race condition with the consistency checker background task. The task might free and (expired) cached query while it is still being referenced by a bind operation currently in progress. Fix is coming.
