I've already stated you need to upgrade to the current OpenLDAP release. I do not know how to make that any clearer. Additionally, it would literally defy physics to have instantaneous replication. There will always be some amount of delay.
I would generally recommend the current OpenLDAP release using back-mdb as the database engine and delta-syncrepl using refreshAndPersist.
