I am using Berkeley DB 4.6.21.
I didn't think to use a db_recover right after slapadd was done since
I assumed that it would be a clean database. When slapd didn't start,
I did try a db_recover, but it didn't help.
Is that BDB 4.6.21 with or without the patches from Sleepycat/Oracle? IIRC =
they are required to be in place to have a functioning BDB build.
