The attached patch provides an external password checker module for ppolicy.

It was originally created by Michael Steinmann msl@calivia.com, then maintained by Clement Oudot clem.oudot@gmail.com as part of the LTP project (http://ltb-project.org/wiki/documentation/openldap-ppolicy-check-password). Integrating it directly as an openldap official contrib module would help its usage, as it relies on private OpenLDAP APIs. See README file for detailed history and copyrights.
