I have a ppolicy overlay without default ppolicy: --- overlay ppolicy ppolicy_use_lockout ppolicy_hash_cleartext ---

So only users with pwdPolicySubEntry should be submitted to password policy.

But if I add "pwdAccountLockedTime: 000001010000Z" to an entry without pwdPolicySubEntry, this entry is locked.
