I finaly managed to upload the patch under "incoming/collect.c.patch"

Instead of using posix regexp I've used the ldap_bv2dn() based methode recommended by you. I would appreciate your revise.

This patch does not include slapo-collect's schema-patch that I've filed some minutes ago (see: ITS#6075)
