New patch to supplement the other patch for this ITS: ftp://ftp.openldap.org/incoming/openldap-2.4.23-allow-self-issued-certs-to-verify-20101210.patch
Should only allow a cert to pass verification with BasicConstraints CA == FALSE if the cert is self issued. This is what openssl does.
