Reported to OpenSLP: http://sourceforge.net/p/openslp/bugs/149/. libslp 2.0.0 redefines strncasecmp() unless HAVE_STRNCASECMP, which it does not #define. Building OpenSLP (not OpenLDAP) with './configure CPPFLAGS=-DHAVE_STRNCASECMP' fixes it.
