I think the ACLs should be moved to their own section, like the man pages already have done. We have a man page for slapd.conf and another specific one for the ACLs (slapd.access)
... but that was done essentially because ACL configuration amounts to ~30% of the total slapd.conf man page, but 90% of ACL documentation belongs to configuration. So it's not yet clear where they should be located in the Admin Guide.
