Fixes bug with overlay system where it would inherit/collect attributes to the entry that was supplying those attributes, causing duplicate attributes in that node.

Also add a alternate config format for easy entry, eg old format:

overlay collect collectinfo <dn> <attribute>

and now in addition to above also supports :

overlay collect collectinfo <dn> <attribute1>,<attribute2>,<attributeN>
