by CPPFLAGS, LDFLAGS, LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

but configure switches to locate common packages
help users to compile openldap. Sometimes users don't know how to
configure CPPFLAGS, LDFLAGS, LD_LIBRARY_PATH for their environnment
because there are administrators but not developpers.
