The slapd.conf man page says:

   loglevel <integer> [...]
     2	    (0x2 packet) debug packet handling

but if you specify packet, slapd refuses to start, stating:

/opt/zimbra/openldap-2.3.35.7/etc/openldap/slapd.conf: line 53: <loglevel> unknown level "packet"

... it's "packets". The man page (or the code) is wrong.
