Belatead followup: This description of REP_ENTRY_MUSTRELEASE was still wrong. See ITS#5728: BDB didn't set the flag, ITS#3671 just gave the impression it would. Also code much take care to call overlay_entry_release_ov() instead of be_entry_release_r() when appropriate, as in ITS#5451.
