The information provided in the ITS is not actionable. The log appears to show syncrepl operating in REFRESH mode. However, the information as to why it is in REFRESH mode was not provided. At this point, numerous fixes to syncrepl have since been made. If you are able to reproduce the issue with the current OpenLDAP release, please respond to the ITS. In the meantime, this ITS will be closed.
