When a syncrepl task is paused after the thread pool is pauses (due to dynamic configuration updates) it is rescheduled to run immediately. But the interval is not put back again, which causes the slapd_daemon_task() to exercise the CPU rescheduling the syncrepl task until the next clock second ticks off.
I'll commit a fix shortly.
