Command like this: 'ldapsearch -x -D "cn=Manager,dc=example" -H ldap://ldap.example -W' ends segmentation fault 11 (core dumped), when I send correct password. I use this on several machines and effect is the same.
Can you obtain a stack trace with gdb and the core file?
