Our most common crash, with over 100 duplicate bug reports, is in lmdb. Here's the bug report tracking it: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=389848. The version of lmdb does not seem to matter much. We have bug reports from Arch users with lmdb 0.9.26 as well as bug reports from people using many earlier versions. I have carefully reviewed the slapd instance configuration and overlay settings, but I have not been able to identify the root cause. We are observing difference in LDAP behavior. The non-secure version of LDAP is able to return the result in GCC 10.3.0, however when we switch to secure LDAP, it is not able to return with result. There was no compilation / build issue observed while building our application. Our query is, does secure LDAP from OpenLDAP ver 2.6 have any compatibility issues over GCC 10.3.0? If there are any issues identified over this version, how to resolve those? in which version fixes for them are available? After putting some logs, I can see that "ldap_int_tls_start" function of "openldap-2.6.3/libraries/libldap/tls2.c" calls "ldap_int_tls_connect" in while loop. It seems to be blocking call, as it try to connect continuously until it get connected(ti_session_connect returns 0) and thus consumes 100% CPU during that time.
