That would depend heavily on what you mean by ‘solve’. And would presume that ‘IAM’ is a single thing that has a ‘solution’.

IAM is a big and occasionally subtle thing, which something like OpenLDAP would often be a component in addressing.

The impression I have is that Google Cloud's IAM service is a service, rather than a software product, and I wouldn't guess that the software supporting it would be public. Even if it were, I'd be surprised if it would be on Microsoft's GitHub.

5. Do you use [openldap](https://openldap.org/) to implement Identity and Access Management (IAM)?

On this list, the answer is _quite_ likely to be ‘yes’.
