"binary" not supported with type
Your attribute type agencyIcon inherites syntax from
attribute type
jpegPhoto, thus the binary extension is invalid.

I also tried using following syntax for my attribute, instead of inheriting from
jpegPhoto....But I got same error...
SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.5
Is this syntax right for my attribute?
