The accesslog in our production environment is growing rather fast after our recent installation of the 'lastbind' overlay. First thing to do, always, is state the openldap version you are using.

Irrelevant here since the log files listed in the original post are BDB transaction log files, and have nothing to do with accesslog or any other overlay.
