Default install with debian, dc=nodomain as the database...
This is my ldif
dn: olcDatabase=hdb,cn=config objectClass: olcDatabaseConfig objectClass: olcHdbConfig olcDatabase: hdb olcSuffix: o=myTestDB olcDbDirectory: /var/lib/ldap olcAccess: to attrs=userPassword, shadowLastChange by self write by anonymou s auth by dn="cn=admin,o=myTestDB" write by * none olcAccess: to dn.base="" by * read olcAccess: to * by self write by dn="cn=admin,o=myTestDB" write by * read olcRootDN: cn=admin,o=myTestDB olcRootPW:: e1NTSEF9MERCYWRzYXpicy9zQ1dSRmJUbFRuRlUyVFdwK0p6Qi8= olcDbIndex: objectClass eq
ldapadd -vH ldapi:/// -Y EXTERNAL -f filewithldif
Now slapcat just freezes when run, doesn't end, doesn't give out any text.
slapcat -n 0 does give:
