I have 2 questions currently using MDB and openldap-2.4.30
1. Slapadd is giving error *"Unrecognized database type (mdb)"
*2. Ldapadd after inserting few records successfully then it start giving an error*.

Slapadd do not work with openldap-2.4.30 but it is working with openldap-2.4.32
Issue is am again facing a same problem.. *"Cannot allocate memory".. Please help me in solving the same.. * *502c8666 /root/haroon/openldap_new/new/etc/openldap/onboardSPR.conf: line 49: rootdn is always granted unlimited privileges. 502c8666 mdb_monitor_db_open: monitoring disabled; configure monitor database to enable 502c8666 => mdb_tool_next_id: dn2id_add failed: Cannot allocate memory (12) 502c8666 => mdb_tool_entry_put: txn_aborted! Read the slapd-mdb(5) manpage.

1. How to improve the performance of MDB what all parameteres need to be added in slapd.conf.
2. Does DB_CONFIG file is having any role in MDB if yes then which parameters need to added to increase the performance of MDB.

All of the required parameters are documented in the slapd-mdb(5) manpage, which I already pointed out to you in my previous reply. There's no point in writing replies to your emails if you're not going to bother reading, so this will be my last post on this thread.

There are no tuning parameters for MDB. No other database backend can touch its read performance.

DB_CONFIG is specific to BDB. It has nothing to do with MDB.
