2.4.59 Postgres backend Slapd doesn't always crash. Sometimes it just stops replicating for seemingly no reason.

We have three nodes and want to replicate between them. This setup worked fine for over a year. Recently replication fails and the slapd process crashes.

OpenLDAP version? What database backend? Does the process actually crash or does it shut down?
