Hi, I am facing a severe problem with the replication of subordinate databases and a log database. A crash should be submitted as a bug report to the ITS, not to a discussion mailing list.
Your trace says there was an invalid free(); running under valgrind would probably give more information.

You should not be using syncprov-reloadhint on anything except for the actual cn=log database.
