Thank you, so do we need to include olcServerID of all servers in every server? for example if i have 3 servers MMR, then do i need to add

olcServerID 1 $URl1 olcServerID 2 $URl2 olcServerID 3 $URl2

In all servers or just keep self ID?

It depends. If you are replicating cn=config, then the provider=.... is required, and it must include all providers. If you are not replicating cn=config, then the provider= is not required at all, and can be left out.

server "olcServerID" in each server?

olcServerID is required on all masters, and must be unique between every master. This is how OpenLDAP knows which master a particular change occurred on, and is mandatory for MMR to function correctly.
