When looking at the value of pwdChangedTime on my openldap system everything seems to be correct except for the hours/minutes/seconds fields.
If I have a value of pwdChangedTime: 20101104165037Z in LDAP
The date command shows Thu Nov 4 13:04:30 EDT 2010
How are these the same or relatively close?

GMT vs EDT?
So 2010/11/04 @ 16:50:37 GMT was when the password was changed.
