a) Please stop top posting b) man slapd-mdb(5) with the latest OpenLDAP (2.4.33)
Personally, I use the following two flags:
olcDbEnvFlags: writemap olcDbEnvFlags: nometasync
This allows mdb to have a write performance some 2.25 times faster than one gets with slapd-bdb/hdb.
