Dear Expert, I have used unique overlay with my openldap install and that's working now i want two of my attributes to be unique and that's not possible currnetly.
Can it be added in following openldap releases or can any one make change in unique overlay to perform the same.

I'm not sure what you mean. The unique overlay already supports setting uniqueness on multiple attributes.

You can set more than one attribute to be unique. Please read the man page for slapo-unique: http://www.openldap.org/software/man.cgi?query=slapo-unique&apropos=0&am...
"unique_attributes <attribute...> This legacy configuration parameter should be converted to a unique_uri parameter, as described above."
Provide a list of comma separated attributes to this parameter.

What i mean to say suppose i have two attributes in ldap like mail and mailAlternateAddress and if mail attribute contains value piyush@example.comand admin try to put the same value in mailAlternateAddress attribute it must give an error and vice versa.
I think you might be getting me now.
