To setup DNS SRV record in LDAP, do we need to use some kind of DNS server i.e. bind or powerdns? Or by default LDAP supports it?

Providing service records is done by domain name service, there is no specification to delegate this to LDAP.

Of course you need a DNS server to serve SRV RRs via DNS.
Using a LDAP server as backend for DNS server is also possible though.

how to make DNS Sever as a public server with LDAP backend. And then again having another internal LDAP. Do we have any reading material to do that.
