I would like that my LDAP users should be change their password for the first time login.

But when am adding pwdReset attribute to ppolicy.schema file its throwing me error and ppolicy schema file is not getting loaded.

Hi,

pwdReset attribute is loaded in schema in the ppolicy overlay. You just have to set pwdReset: TRUE in user entry (with a policy having pwdMustChange activated).
