If anyone has sample large ldiff file which supports around 1000 users please let me know. Require it for some particular purpose so that it saves some time.Really appreciate your help on this. Send me the link or the ldif file itself

Why not just download slamd, and use its LDIF generator to make you the files you want?

Look in the 'data' directory - there is an LDIF generator and a sample 1000-entry file. You will need these schema files in your config:
core.schema cosine.schema inetorgperson.schema nis.schema
