Depends on the content.  The main web pages are in the OpenLDAP Web git repository.

This repository seems to be the FAQ:

There's a website project too. I couldn't figure out what markup language items on the faq project uses.

It uses whatever format the FAQ-O-Matic software uses (https://sourceforge.net/projects/faqomatic/)
