But Im sure works fine. Where can be the fail?

I'm making a openldap slave server of my PDC server and  I installed ubuntu 9.04 with openldap 2.4.15. I just copy /etc/ldap/ and I check it, but fails when starts. Logs (syslog) said:

Well i check and inside two servers are the same schema files. I understand the problem can be because inside new ldap I need to make something more. How I can check schema files?
