As I've already asked you before in the ticket you've filed: Add the actual error message you're seeing because nobody has a crystal ball to guess what's going on.
Also , the next step is to start the slapd service but It seems like I couldn't start the service as shown in the below screenshot
Please don't post screenshots. Rather copy&paste terminal messages in your e-mail. This makes reading easier and allows search engines to properly index list postings.
